- Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients

- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to Sr. Leadership
- Review contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services
- BA/BS in business, sales, finance, marketing, or related field - MBA Preferred
- Proven record of sales growth
- Experience and proven track-record in business development within a small to medium sized organization
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Time management & planning skills
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
- +5 years' experience in business development, sales, or finance fields
