Description
As one of the largest Opel car dealerships in the region with currently five locations, more than 200 employees and approximately sold vehicles per year, we are constantly expanding.
To strengthen our successful team, we are looking for a OFFICE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (m/f/d) for vehicle dispatch at our main branch in Kempten.
Your tasks:
- A cheerful and open-minded team is waiting for your support. · Checking incoming vehicle sales and processing them in the system · Processing registrations · Checking and submitting financing/leasing transactions · Booking and checking vehicle invoices for new and used cars · Mail management, requesting and documenting vehicle documents · Triggering invoicing · Checking sales aids and handling complaints and documentation · Ordering vehicles · Creating statistics for target achievement, monthly planning, etc. · Overall management and documentation of all transactions and ensuring auditability · Checking vehicle arrivals (deliveries) · Delivery planning · Processing delivery time inquiries
Personal requirements:
· Completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive industry
· Reliability and conscientious work ethic
