    Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    Maintains inventory levels and purchasing-Ensures operational standards and goals.
    Responsible for all daily paperwork.
    Hires and retains team members
    Maintains all tasks and expectations set forth as a General Manager
    Oversees development and growth of leadership team and hourlies.
    Ensures team is knowledgeable of job expectations.
    Understand the guest's needs and exceeds their expectations.
    Manage and develop a team.
    Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
    Maintain safe working conditions
    Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
    Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
    Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
    Skilled in P/L Reviews and goals
    Schedule and oversee all departments.

    Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley.

    Each location has the same casual neighborhood vibe with their own personalities.

    Guests can brew their own beer at our nano-brewery in Arcadia, tour our distillery in North Scottsdale, dine in the middle of our two-story brewery in Gilbert, or check out our production facility in Paradise Valley.

    We are all about creating unique and approachable beer and spirits in a fun, open environment. All of our locations feature expansive dog-friendly patios complete with water dishes, house-made dog treats, and plenty of attention. Come by for our happy hour during the week and our beer brunch on the weekends. Whether you are looking for a unique venue for your next group event or a night out with family there is something for everyone - especially the dog(s)

    Little O's Marketplace is a laid back, casual, but fast paced restaurant and bar. Associated with our big brother, O.H.S.O.

    Brewery and Distillery, we have an inside/outside bar with many craft beers on tap and available in cans and bottles.

    At Little O's, you will find a dog friendly patio, an array of O.H.S.O. inspired menu items available in house or to-go and a friendly staff, ready to serve. In addition to our great menu, we also serve coffee, donuts and great 'grab

    Position Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS
    3+ Years of FOH Restaurant Management
    Title 4 Liquor Cert
    Food Handlers Cert (Serve Safe Cert a plus)
    Aloha POS experience a plus
    Extensive beer knowledge
    Emphasis on guest relations
    Great with people (and dogs of course)
