    Job Overview:

    Naztec is seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting new business, cultivating relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities in the IT staffing sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Hunt for new business opportunities and engage with potential clients to understand their staffing needs, offering tailored solutions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to match skilled professionals with the right opportunities.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to seize new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT staffing or technology sector.
    • A strategic mindset with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
