- Partner with the VP of Marketing on multi-channel launch plans and long-term momentum generating activations that achieve business targets and drive brand awareness
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail and Merchandising teams to develop and communicate successful brand messages and marketing campaigns
- Drive the brand's marketing initiatives through partnership with overall BrandX team
- Set objectives and KPIs for each launch plan working cross-departmentally and with the executive team to align with long-term company goals
- A Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of current industry trends and a proactive approach to staying up to date
- 8-10 years of experience in a Brand Director role
- The ability to effectively interface and collaborate with key decision makers
- A passion for leading the delivery of dynamic, top-notch customer experiences
- An understanding of the Kendra Scott Customer and the desire to learn more

Position Overview:
We have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing department to develop customer-facing, strategic campaigns that will generate excitement and revenue for the Kendra Scott brand You'll be tasked with creating a competitive, cohesive, and on-brand strategy through cross-departmental collaboration to meet company objectives and take advantage of peak promotional periods.
The Senior Director of Brand will work on multiple, large-scale product launches, campaigns and partnerships simultaneously while partnering with the VP of Brand Marketing as the main voice of the brand for communication and company buy in.
