Description
ResponsibilitiesLead brand marketing, strategy, messaging, content, PR and social media
Foster relationships with external partners
Manage the brand department's vision, goals, and budget
Ensure the team is able to bring initiatives to life
Work alongside Creative Director to direct the ongoing development of the brand
Garner international press and social virality
Build a team and lead all reporting on brand initiatives, delivering campaign effectiveness metrics to push business growth and brand recognition
Partner across the organization on key cross-functional initiatives that will drive the growth of the business including new product launches, leading go-to-market strategy and execution
Oversee all advertising creative strategy and development across paid channels, partnering with the acquisition team to scale media efficiently and unlock new opportunities for customer growth
Identify the right partnerships for the brand across product, content, influencers, and celebrities while constantly evolving our partnerships strategy based on learnings and trends
Lead PR and comms planning to continue to secure big brand pieces, build credibility through product features and awards, and build brand awareness
Grow the brand's social media presence and set the strategy across channels
Experience
10+ years in a marketing leadership role, with a strong focus on growth, strategy, and execution
Solid brand marketing and PR experience in launching a new product successfully
Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
A background in fashion or luxury product segments is a PLUS.
Experience working in a startup environment and remote culture is a PLUS.
