- Overseen daily test rides, ensuring rider comfort & safety
- Performed pre-sale customer support via email, phone, social, and in person including answering questions, detailing products, and above all, ensuring that all potential customers are left with a fantastic experience

Our Retail Specialist will be responsible for helping customers and potential customers learn which bike is best for them and how to optimize fun and the utility of each bike.
This is an entry level role with the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving start-up.Hours of operation are 8am-7pm. Weekend availability will be required. + 2+ years of experience working retail, preferably in a showroom
