    Client Support Specialist

    Client Support Specialist needed immediately for Washington State COVID-19 line

    Pay Rate:
    $ per hour (DOE)


    Location: 100% Remote (must reside within Washington State)

    Employment Type:
    Contract, approximately 4-6 months with potential for extension


    Schedule:
    Must be available for any shifts Monday thru Friday 9am - 7pm, & Saturdays 9am - 1pm

    Our client is a mission-focused non-profit dedicated to helping the community by providing a broad array of telephone-based crisis intervention and information and referral services.

    For many people in emotional distress or needing community services assistance, they are their "first call for help." Each year our client improves the lives of thousands of people by listening, caring, and linking to services.

    As the
    Client Support Specialist, you will provide positive experiences for the callers, offering peer to peer support, community-based referrals and information to callers utilizing the resource directory provided by Washington States Department of Health.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Answering calls regarding vaccination eligibility and calling back individuals scheduled for appointments
    • Booking a high volume of vaccination appointments in the state's scheduling system
    • Demonstrating a consistent attitude of genuine care and desire to help
    • Working effectively and efficiently with to address questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner
    • Using attention-to-detail skills to maintain accurate customer records
    • Pulling up information in a central database to provide relevant data
    • Following processes and procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations
    • Utilizing an internet browser-based system

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of customer service or data entry experience
    • Bilingual Spanish/English speaking
    • Previous experience on the phone preferred but not required
    • Able to type at least 40 wpm quickly and accurately
    • Excellent attendance - you care about being there
    • Solid ability to be punctual, responsible, and consistent
    • Eager to learn new tools and apply information quickly
