If you are a friendly and motivated individual with a genuine desire to serve others, the **Omni Charlotte Hotel** could be the perfect fit for you. **Job Title: Bartender** The **Bartender** will ensure efficient and friendly customer service while maintaining a top-quality bar in a clean and professional manner. If you have a passion for hospitality, creating memorable customer experiences, and are seeking a summer employment opportunity, you'll enjoy working with **Omni**. Candidates must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, at both Trade and Coin Bar. **Responsibilities** - Greet all guests promptly and in a friendly manner. - Up-sell and make suggestions to guests. - Prepare and serve drinks, anticipate customer needs, and fulfill server orders. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area. - Ensure accurate payment processing for departing guests. - Uphold **Four Diamond** standards and consistently meet guest satisfaction levels. - Deliver unique, authentic, and memorable dining experiences. - Display a pleasant demeanor, smile, and greet guests using appropriate formalities. - Have a strong understanding of TRADE Lounge & Coin Bar bartender responsibilities. - Familiarize yourself with F&B menus, promotions, and offerings. - Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by Outlets Management. - Adhere to all company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and safeguard company assets and information. **Qualifications** - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Professional business appearance, attitude, and performance. - Previous bartending experience (hospitality experience preferred). - Valid TIPS/RASP Certification and ServSafe Food Handler certification. - Ability to lift, move, and carry objects up to 40 pounds independently. - Stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and exposure to cleaning and food/beverage materials. - Residency within 100 miles of the hotel is required. **About the Company** **Omni Hotels & Resorts** is dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer for veterans and individuals with disabilities.
