- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients signing up for services
- Ensure smooth transition and understanding of the organization's services, benefits and procedures
- Assist clients in completing necessary application forms and ensure timely submission and accuracy
- Work closely with underwriting team to assess client applications and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide personalized reviews of client accounts to evaluate usage and identify opportunities to maximize profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking and attending industry events
- Maintain accurate client information in company CRM
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience of 2+ years in sales or client relationship management
- Transportation and/or logistics industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)

Description
As part of the Patton Logistics family of companies, The Account Manager role in our Route Consultant Purchasing Alliance (RCPA) entity will play a key role in expanding our client base, maximizing profitability and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Serving as a dedicated team member of RCPA, the AM will promote the benefits of our free purchasing alliance membership, which extends unmatched savings across our expansive vendor network to logistics professionals across the country.

Additional Information
The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed. This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included. PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met. Employee benefits available, including employer-paid health insurance.
