Description

Financial Analyst - Partner to the CFO

Are you passionate about crunching numbers and using them to guide business strategies? We're in need of a skilled financial analyst to collaborate closely with the CFO in creating financial models, reports, and presentations. In this role, you'll be pivotal in financial planning, budgeting, M&A analysis, and ensuring optimal cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data, such as cash flow, to spot trends and bolster strategic decision-making
Develop and oversee financial models for acquisitions and mergers
Assist the M&A program with data analysis, integration support, and pro forma financials
Collaborate with the CFO on long-term financial planning and budgeting
Drive efforts to automate financial reporting systems
Strong communication and analytical skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or planning
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with cash flow analysis
