Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating pruning work for our avenue trees and shrub quarters
  • Scheduling and coordinating employees
  • Scheduling and coordinating machinery and pruning platforms
  • Purchasing tools, materials, and services
  • Quality control of the nursery stock
  • Creating new umbrella and fantasy shapes to expand our topiary assortment

Qualifications:
As a master gardener or senior journeyman, your focus and strength lie in pruning.

You have a passion for plants and bring not only solid technical knowledge but also a self-directed work style and creativity.

Working in nature with plants is important to you. You have visions that you want to implement and develop with your colleagues. You enjoy working independently and goal-oriented and are willing to take on responsibility. For your team, you are not only a point of contact but also a mentor. You promote their strengths and accompany them on the path to becoming true pruning specialists.
