We are currently seeking a

Office Clerk (m/f/d)
to join our team at our branch in Offenbach am Main.

Your responsibilities:
Providing advice and support to customers during the damage settlement process
Independent work as an office clerk (m/f/d)
Performing general office tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and organizing tasks
Managing external correspondence with clients, customers, suppliers, and business partners

Your profile:
Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Proficient in using computers, including MS Office applications
Strong customer orientation and confident demeanor
Good verbal and written communication skills
Independent and conscientious work ethic
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Type of position:
Full-time or part-time

Working hours:
20-40 hours per week

Working schedule:
Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
