  • Develop and implement effective talent attraction and sourcing strategies to support our recruiting teams
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to build diverse talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams and hiring managers to understand the needs of the business
  • Use your creativity to strengthen our employer brand by increasing activity on LinkedIn

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German at a B2-C1 level
  • Resultsdriven and solutionoriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple fastpaced recruitment projects with a keen attention to detail
