Service Center at the Gissigheim location, we are looking for your dedicated support. Here, around 165,000 consumer devices and smaller professional devices from all over Central Europe are serviced and repaired annually.

Your responsibilities

You check delivery documents and enter retail devices including accessories into the system.
Maintenance of customer master data in SAP.
Checking the warranty status and issuing credit notes.
Processing specific written inquiries related to order processing.
Packaging repaired devices and creating shipping documents.
Handling clarification cases (e.g. incorrect deliveries).
Collaboration in optimizing internal processes.

Your qualifications

Practical experience in an international logistics environment in goods receipt/dispatch or goods receipt control and/or commercial processing.
Proficient in common Office/Google Workspace applications, ideally with SAP knowledge.
Willingness to work in shifts (twoshift model no night shifts).
Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English (A2).
A structured work style combined with a strong service orientation and a high quality awareness round off your profile.
