R-KOM is a provider of internet, telephone, and TV services in Eastern Bavaria and is building the fiber optic network of the future. Every year, we connect over 10,000 units in more than 1,000 buildings - a challenging task.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for planning and implementing fiber optic projects in the business and system customer sector.
  • You will coordinate all work processes and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • You will ensure complete and sustainable documentation of projects.
  • You will support our B2B sales team in the commercial and technical planning of customer projects.
  • You will be responsible for project controlling of fiber optic projects.
  • You will support our engineers in coordinating and implementing companywide projects.
  • You will coordinate the deployment and commissioning of active components (e.g. IP-MPLS, XGSPON, DSLAM, WLAN) with our system engineers.

Your qualifications:


  • Completed technical training in the fields of telecommunications or electrical engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relevant professional experience in project implementation of copper and fiber optic networks in the business and system customer segment.
  • Indepth knowledge of passive fiber optic materials and corresponding installation and fire protection regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications transmission technologies (e.g. GPON, G.FAST, MPLS, WLAN) and their applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and planning tools.
  • Independent, responsible, and conscientious work style
