We are looking for a Residential Care Manager (m/f/d) for our nursing home in Silver Creek, NE.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating work processes, ensuring quality standards, creating employee-oriented schedules, implementing creative care and support concepts, motivating and guiding employees, and maintaining communication and cooperation with doctors and family members.


To be successful in this position, you should have a completed education in elderly care, health care, or pediatric nursing, as well as a further qualification in residential or ward management.

Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred, and a passion for working with and for people, as well as strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility, are essential.
