Description

Two companies, one big family. Under the umbrella of Hekatron companies, two independent companies come together: Hekatron Fire Protection and Hekatron Manufacturing. As the only production site with around 550 employees within the entire Securitas Group, we are looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

You can expect the following tasks:

Ensuring and monitoring a smooth, efficient production process in terms of quality, quantity, adherence to deadlines and cost-effectiveness to ensure customer satisfaction
Strategic, technical and organizational development of production, including investment, cost and budget planning, as well as continuous monitoring based on relevant indicators
Continuous development of our lean culture
Professional and disciplinary management of department heads with a focus on organization, qualification, personal development and motivation
Ensuring quality standards and compliance with internal and external regulations in terms of labor, environmental and health protection
Introduction and management of sustainable cost management within production processes
Direct reporting to the management of Hekatron Manufacturing

You bring with you:

Completed technical training with further education as a master or technician in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics or production organization
Sound professional and managerial experience in comparable positions, preferably within an electrical manufacturing company
