Description
We are a housing cooperative with our own portfolio of approximately apartments in Hastings.

In addition, we manage around 800 residential units in condominium administration and provide rental management services for approximately 200 apartments for third parties.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a full-time ACCOUNTANT (M/F/D) to join us as soon as possible.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ongoing recording of invoices and accounting of business transactions
  • Assistance in the area of operating cost accounting
  • Support in the management of our housing portfolio
  • Payment transactions, debt collection and legal proceedings, correspondence

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Commercial education with further training in accounting
  • Ideally, experience in the housing industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and potentially Wodis Sigma (ERP system)
  • Structured and goal-oriented work style, team player, reliable
