- Serve as a team leader back up for the Supervisor, Office Service.
- High School Diploma
- Two (2) years' experience in materials procurement or computerized telephone systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Work well under pressure and manage deadlines
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Independence in meeting deadlines
- Manage mailroom services, including sorting, tracking packages, processing invoices, and handling mail
- Assist with large copy orders and maintain office equipment
- Monitor office supplies inventory and perform bank deposits
- Handle agency cell phones and monthly invoicing
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with various office tasks
- Provide guidance and support to receptionist/cashier team
- Maintain Meeting Room database and assist with room setup
- Organize courier deliveries and assist the Supervisor, Office Services
- Aid in sorting and packaging donations for distribution
- Support projects/events and provide administrative assistance
- Perform assigned duties as needed
