- Support strategic communications programs, with a focus on developing content that is tailored to the analyst audience - including analysts from Forrester Research, Gartner and IDC - and can be leveraged in thought leadership campaigns.
- Develop ongoing content that supports various internal communications initiatives, including analyst relations newsletter, company intranet updates, and email and blog programs.
- Grow relationships with marketing colleagues to help support AR needs.
- Assist with project management of analyst relations workflows, timelines and deadlines and administration of analyst subscriptions and internal communications resources.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and other collateral.
- Develop a calendar of planned research and monitor and track analyst coverage
- Assist with producing monthly reporting that shows results, insights and impact and measures the program's success.
- Provide strategic input on opportunities to evolve plans and processes to grow program success and expand relationship-building activities.
- A bachelor's level degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing.
- One to three years' professional experience, or demonstrated aptitude with job requirements, in communications, journalism or public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to understand and create content from SME interviews, technical documents, etc.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong knowledge of Associated Press style.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for building custom presentations.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to quickly grasp new concepts, strategies, and initiatives.
- Sound project management and time management skills.
- Ability to work professionally with leaders throughout the organization.
- Strong experience driving content through multiple channels.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, autonomous and proactive.
- Team player, self-starter with a passion for technology who will demonstrate a commitment to elevating the group's marketing mission.
- Public company, IT industry and/or professional services experience is a plus.

The Analyst Relations Coordinator reports directly to Perficient's Analyst Relations Manager and will support the ongoing efforts of Perficient's Content and Communications team, assisting in analyst inquiries, briefings and survey submissions that align with Perficient's overall strategy and business objectives.
