What to expect

As a St.

Clair employee, you will be the main point of contact and advocate for agile transformation processes in the Data & Analytics field.

You will inspire your cross-functional team and stakeholders with tailored and individual models.


To achieve this, you will develop and communicate agile values and principles to coordinate your technology-based strategy and ensure timely releases.


You will be the driving force for the progress of the Innovation Team, overseeing all processes and projects on your roadmap and providing input for the implementation of an agile mindset.

What you bring


You have successfully completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field, combined with several years of practical experience in an agile context.

You have completed certifications in the agile field (e.g. Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner).

You have knowledge of Design Thinking, OKR, or Agile Leadership, and ideally have certifications in agile scaling.

You have a high degree of customer orientation, work independently, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

You have excellent communication and moderation skills in both German and English, along with a high level of empathy.
