Our client is a leader in the global distribution is hiring due to recent revenue growth and is looking to expand the accounting team.
As the Accounting Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring all accounting and financial operations are complete and accurate under current GAAP guidelines.
This is a hands on, accounting manager position seeking an individual with strong accounting and management experience with a proven ability to train, mentor and lead.

Financial Leadership:
Direct comprehensive month-end close processes, including the preparation of accurate financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
Manage and enhance the functionality of NetSuite ERP accounting system, ensuring it aligns with business operations and financial strategies.
Regulatory Compliance:
Oversee rigorous sales and use tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions to maintain compliance and mitigate financial risks.
Process Optimization:
Continually assess and improve financial and accounting processes to support operational efficiency and business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
Proven track record as an Accounting Manager or in a comparable managerial capacity, with hands-on experience in managing a team and financial systems.
Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with financial regulation and reporting.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, although familiarity with other systems is also valued.
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.KBW789
