For the reinforcement of our team, we are currently looking for: Project Manager in the field of wood and building protection (m/f/d)

You are a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in the field of building renovation and conversion, or a bricklayer (m/f/d), painter and decorator (m/f/d), or carpenter (m/f/d) with a master's degree and relevant professional experience in building restoration, ideally in a craft business.

Qualifications / Requirements

Craftsmanship training (e.g. as a bricklayer, painter/decorator, carpenter or equivalent)
At least three years of experience as a project manager
Teamwork, willingness to perform, confident demeanor and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Valid driver's license: Class B

Responsibilities

You will first inspect the property, advise the customer on the necessary measures, and develop a renovation proposal with the help of computer software.

After receiving the order, you will plan the use of personnel, materials and tools. When it comes to implementation, you will lead and supervise the correct execution on site. Finally, you will record the services provided for invoicing.
