Your Responsibilities:


  • Preparation, monitoring, and commentary of budgets and forecasts
  • Support of monthly financial statements and ensuring clear and timely reporting
  • Definition, analysis, and management of measures for cost transparency and result improvement
  • Participation in pre and postcalculation and analysis of deviations
  • Support of operational asset accounting
  • Development of meaningful key figures and monitoring of goals
  • Expert contact, idea generator, and designer for all relevant questions regarding controlling
  • Active support in improving and automating company processes and controlling systems

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial studies, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of extensive professional experience in controlling in manufacturing companies
  • Strong analytical skills and a high understanding of numbers and processes
  • IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP background processes
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Teamwork, high flexibility, and willingness to perform
