    As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industrial clients, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.

    We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with the following:

    • 3+ years of experience in fluid power applications, particularly in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
    • Experience in industrial sales
    • Proven ability with a documented personal sales process
    • Proficiency in writing and deploying proposals and client presentations
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Mechanical, electrical, and programmable controllers experience is a plus
    • Consultative Sales Skills Training
    • Desire to help teammates succeed and willingness to assist where needed
    Responsibilities for the

    Business Development Specialist:

    • Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision makers and necessary influencers
    • Actively and passionately drive sales growth while simultaneously enhancing profit margins, leveraging innovative strategies and solutions

    • Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Shop, C-Suite, and Engineering
    • Work closely with internal resources to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
    • Consistently update and maintain sales opportunities in our CRM system
    • Develop and submit a well-structured and approved monthly business plan
