Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented
Customer Development Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, engaging with homeowners, and driving sales to meet and exceed our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers in residential areas to introduce them to our home remodeling services.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of our products and services.
Qualify leads and set appointments for inhome consultations with our design and sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably in the home remodeling industry.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with homeowners.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of home remodeling products and services is a plus.
