    Description
    Vaco is hiring for an Operations Manager located in Pooler, GA.

    Summary
     The Ops Manager will work cooperatively with Regional Director and other members of the operations team to lead, organize & execute daily operations. Coordination of daily...delivery, pickup, set up & break down of rental equipment & associated products.

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Confirmation of contract details & fulfilment of orders
    • Walking through the warehouse touching all departments throughout the day.
    • Providing leadership for all crew members & management staff
    • Recommend alternate products based on availability or specifications if requested product is unavailable.
    • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Execute operational & logistic plans effectively.
    • Attend networking events if needed.
    • Assist sales in maintaining a strong client relationship through being on time & constant communication with client.
    • Manage time efficiently, meet personal and operational goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and operations staff.
    • Maintaining an organized & efficient warehouse
    Knowledge and Skill Requirements
    • Routing & Logistics
    • Visibility of work requires attention to detail and thoroughness.
    • Leadership & direction
    • Product knowledge (Rentals, Tents, Equipment etc.)
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and some potential travel.
    • Industry experience is essential.
