- Responsible for leading and overseeing agency HR function.
- Administer Human Resource policies and procedures in compliance with governing laws and regulations. Conduct routine review and recommend revision of Human Resource policy and procedures when appropriate. Advised/assisted employees and leadership regarding policy and procedures that align with the company's vision and mission.
- Participate in the planning process for future development and growth of the agency, and ensure appropriate service support of those plans. Develop support services consistent with agency's purpose and the needs of the community.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and implementation of excellent standards of service within the organization, following the appropriate code of ethics.
- Keep informed of national, regional, and local developments and legal issues that impact service operations and facilitate organizational adaptive change as needed.
- Ensures organization compliance with all laws and regulations related to IT, HR, Facilities, Safety, Transportation, and COA accreditations. Provide support to program compliance activity as appropriate.
- Delegate authority to provide department direction to subordinate employees and hold them accountable for the performance of their departments.
- Facilitate and ensure systems alignment within all support departments and between support departments and programs.
- Actively participate in committees and assigned Quality Improvement activities.
- Monitor overall risk management functions.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the CEO.
- Minimum of Master's degree in the field of business, or related field.
- Experience with Non-Profit Social Service preferred.
- Minimum of ten years of related experience with accountability for a large number of employees.
- Desired experience in Leadership, Human Resources, and or Quality roles.

Family Service Association is seeking to hire a full-time (35 hours per week) Chief Administrative Officer. The hours are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
