    Description

    4 Corner Resources is seeking a Director of Project Management, where you'll play a vital role in refining the project management procedures. This central leadership position entails supervising a team of project managers, guiding them to effectively execute strategic initiatives and projects. This permanent opening will require onsite travel to our clients Kissimmee, FL office and occasional visits to their Myrtle Beach, FL headquarters.

    You must be already local to the Orlando area. Relocations are not an option for this opening.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the project management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee the development of Project/Business Analysts to support their growth.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio in line with company strategic goals, optimizing resource utilization.
    • Supervise project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives from start to finish.
    • Proactively identify and address project risks to ensure successful delivery.
    • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership for alignment and engagement.
    • Maintain high standards in project delivery to meet or exceed quality expectations.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and drive improvements.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to refine processes.
    • Manage external relationships to support successful project delivery as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in project management and leadership, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
    • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous project management experience in the timeshare industry is desirable.
    • Preferably, prior leadership experience in a similar role; however, candidates with advanced education and some practical experience will be considered.
    • We're particularly seeking a highly motivated individual committed to achieving results.

    • Salary: $120k
