The position of Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/f/d) is located in Darmstadt, full-time, permanent, and starts immediately.

Your responsibilities

Supervision and implementation of Lean/KVP projects
Introduction of improvements in production methods, processes, and working conditions in coordination with production area managers
Support and conduct workshops/trainings in accordance with the BW production system and Lean Manufacturing methods
Achieve goals in terms of quality, delivery, and cost

What we're looking for

Completed training as a technician/master
Knowledge and practical experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing methods
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent moderation skills
Team player
Strong motivation skills, ideally with leadership responsibility
Project experience
