Your responsibilities
- Supervision and implementation of Lean/KVP projects
- Introduction of improvements in production methods, processes, and working conditions in coordination with production area managers
- Support and conduct workshops/trainings in accordance with the BW production system and Lean Manufacturing methods
- Achieve goals in terms of quality, delivery, and cost
- Completed training as a technician/master
- Knowledge and practical experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing methods
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent moderation skills
- Team player
- Strong motivation skills, ideally with leadership responsibility
