The Water Supply department is responsible for providing clean drinking water, ensuring water rights, and protecting water resources.

This includes ecological farming and the operation and maintenance of all water supply facilities, including feeder pipelines and reservoirs at multiple locations in the Miesbach district, Munich district, Munich city area, and Garmisch-Partenkirchen district.

What you can do with us

  • Production of wooden insulation and structures in the inhouse wood processing workshop of the Water Supply department in Thalham
  • Installation of wooden insulation and structures in water supply tunnels and shaft structures
  • Roof inspection and maintenance
  • Replacement of roof coverings (wooden shingles, etc.)
  • Scaffolding construction
  • Craftsmanship support in the diverse field of water supply
  • Participation in cleaning work in drinking water tanks and sensitive parts of the water supply system
  • Green and tree area maintenance
  • Winter service: clearing and salting of traffic areas and access to water supply facilities
  • Equipment and machine maintenance
