Our own vocational school trains future professionals in the field of social care.

We are currently seeking a
Property Manager (m/f/d) to manage and rent apartments to interns, students, and clients. This is a part-time, permanent position with a workload of 50%.

Your responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new rental properties
  • Negotiating and signing new rental contracts, as well as terminating existing ones
  • Independent correspondence with property owners or their representatives and tenants
  • Tenant support, complaint management, property inspections and handovers
  • Creating and reviewing utility and service charge statements

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of experience in the housing industry preferred
  • Good computer skills (MS Office programs)
