    Conroe Adventist Academy (CAA) is looking for an experienced principal administrator with teaching duties to serve the pre-k-8th grade church school for the school year.

    CAA has a supportive local church and together they serve the surrounding community.

    The Middle School Teaching Principal will have exceptional communication skills, strategic planning and implementation, working knowledge of school finances and budgeting, organizational skills, mentoring and discipleship with students and staff, collaborative leadership skills, competency with the use of technology that supports learning, teaching, and a passion for growing God's children .

    Required Experience


    CAA is seeking a teaching principal with strengths in the areas of administration, marketing and organization to provide direction and visionary leadership.

    The candidate must be an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, in good and regular standing, willing to model Adventist beliefs and lifestyle.

    Bilingual ability is preferred but not a must. NAD certification required. Knowledge of FACTS SIS is a plus. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
