    New **Summary**

    Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a global team of professional staff performing ongoing monitoring of vendor management (VM) activities for all Human Resource vendors. This role will interact with regional HR vendor managers as well as other internal teams involved in the TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) program (e.g., Shared Services, Compliance/Risk). Responsible for ensuring ongoing monitoring activities are performed by the vendor managers for all HR vendors globally. Activities will include training and communication of TPRM requirements, executing Quality Control/Audits, resolving escalated issues, and reporting to HR BU Senior Management. May be responsible for performing VM Consultant role for an assigned region.

    **Major Duties**

    Manages a team of HR Vendor Management (VM) Consultants/Analyst located in different regions, including coaching, providing regular performance feedback to employees and responsible for performance evaluation reviews

    Responsible for prioritizing and overseeing day-to-day teams activities across regions and training staff on requirements and changes to the NT TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) program and related templates

    Oversee HR vendor management monitoring activities globally and perform follow up with assigned region vendor managers to ensure compliance with the TPRM program requirements

    Consult and facilitate meetings with assigned region HR vendor managers on all aspects of the TPRM program and required templates/documents

    Cascade TPRM program and requirement changes to HR vendor managers and conduct training sessions for the program as needed.

    Oversee execution of the Quality Control/Audits (QC/A) and activities required for review & approval either internal to the team or by the TPRM program.

    Resolve global/regional escalated issues, with assistance of Manager, and monitor timely resolution of issues by HR vendor managers

    Assess and monitor all HR VM activities, and report to HR Senior Management and other NT internal groups on issues and risks

    May also be required to perform the HR VM Consultant role activities for an assigned region

    **Skills/Qualifications**

    Strong analytical, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

    Ability to facilitate and lead meetings with external and internal parties

    Highly flexible and adaptable to change and ability to work in high pace environment

    Effective team leader and manager of people

    Project Management skills

    Procurement and contract experience, experience a plus

    Office, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience
