As a
Team Leader (m/f/d) in the inbound or outbound department at our new logit.syncreon location in
Dortmund, you will support the coordination of timely provision of our customers' goods in the inbound/outbound process.

Your tasks may include:

Personnel management in the inbound/outbound department, including workload distribution and briefing of employees and temporary workers
Point of contact for employees and temporary workers for operational issues
Planning, controlling and receiving of inbound/outbound goods and movements within agreed customer SLAs
Ensuring timely processing of orders, including safe and complete unloading/loading and handling of vehicles
Reporting damages and complaints, supporting in complaint and damage handling and corresponding documentation
Coordination and compliance with set targets, KPIs, SLAs and customer requirements
Processing of returns, transfers and stock movements in the warehouse management system
Responsibility for compliance with processes and procedures
Development, creation and continuous updating of process descriptions and work instructions for the department
Support in logistics projects
Daily and weekly reporting (internal and external)

Your ideal qualifications:

Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable education
At least 23 years of professional experience in the warehouse sector with personnel responsibility
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fluent in German (
