    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    We need a

    Head of Project and Product Management


    to lead a team of Business Analysts, Business Architects, and Project Managers, and manage a diverse portfolio of internal technical projects.

    These projects encompass various aspects, including the implementation of new software tools, introduction of new process workflows within IT systems, supervision of hardware upgrades, and the development of updates to existing tools.

    The Head of Product and Project Management collaborates closely with business leaders, project stakeholders, external consultants, internal security & compliance teams, and the Software Development team.

    This role is headquartered from our San Francsico office and is expected to

    be in the office Monday through Thursday ( 4 days per week) and work from home on Fridays. Please note

    previous experience

    in organizations engaged in commercial real estate, mortgage lending or commercial banking

    is mandatory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage Project Managers to oversee a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring our project management process is followed.
    • Manage Product Owners to maintain and support existing technology systems, both off the shelf and custom.
    This includes documenting systems, maintaining training materials, acting as first line of support for applications, and assisting with security audits and disaster recovery planning.

    • Work with internal prioritization council to prioritize new project requests and maintain a 12 month project roadmap.
    • Prepare and deliver status updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
    • Maintain strong communication with business leaders, project sponsors, and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns promptly.
    • Act as Project Manager on critical projects.

    Requirements:
    Degree in Business Administration, Information technology, or a related field.
    PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, and Excel.
    Previous experience in commercial real estate, mortgage lending or commercial banking

    is mandatory.
    Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Salesforce, and Snowflake a plus.
