Your tasks:


  • Support the project manager in achieving project goals
  • Define minimum requirements for digital archiving based on normative requirements, coordinate with corporate guidelines
  • Consolidate and secure requirements for paperless production
  • Support digitalization projects of PAI within the scope of regulatory quality management tasks (MES, SAP Evolution, etc.)
  • Transfer quality processes into software solutions
  • Monitor availability of software solutions for quality management
  • Develop a system for digitally tracking the construction status of PAI components and compiling them as part of certification or construction records
  • Create a monitoring system for continuous tracking of project progress
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, status updates, KPIs, etc.
  • Identify deviations (target/actual comparison) and propose corrective measures

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in project management or a related field
  • At least one further education as a technician/master
  • Experience with ERP systems is an
