**Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Assoc Dist Attendant Wd to our location in Lubbock, TX.**
We are seeking an Assoc Dist Attendant Wd who will manage the Covenant Health-Lubbock warehouse. Maintain a record of inventory, manage items entering and leaving the warehouse, aid in finding items in the warehouse. Perform duties under limited supervision.
**In this position you will have the following responsibilities:**
Ensures that items brought to storage include adequate identification and special instruction information.
Maintains inventory of items in the warehouse.
Coordinates between movers and Covenant departments.
Operates appropriate equipment to allow safe movement of items in the warehouse.
Maintains the warehouse in a neat, orderly and safe fashion.
Ordering of non-stock surgical supplies.
**Qualifications:**
**Required qualifications for this position include:**
Basic computer skills.
Basic math skills.
Basic reading skills.
Organizational skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable of, observes and complies with hospital codes of safe practice, safety policies and emergency procedures.
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
Exposure to a warehouse environment.
