- Responsible for Feed Fat sales and marketing activities
- Ensure official execution and full completion of sales
- Manage all aspects of trading and marketing, including developing new markets and new accounts
- Develop good relationships with existing customers, key suppliers and agents and build rapport with potential customers, Ensure official execution and full completion of all trades
- Significant prospecting new accounts
- Develop long, medium-and-short term action and account plans to achieve operational targets of trading and marketing activities
- Provide analysis of the US Feed Fat market and its impact by the macroeconomic environment
- Regularly inform and update the Company Management on market trends and business progress
- Work effective with an established team of trade operations staff who are responsible for coordinating US and international shipping and supply chain logistics
- Responsible for Feed Fat sales and marketing activities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in both dairy sales and rumen bypass fats
- Experience of working within a large global business, both own brand and customer branding.
- Knowledge of dynamics of both the dairy, bypass fat and dairy nutrition market
- Excellent in written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Knowledge of the rumen bypass fat market – it dynamics, structure and players
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good human relationship
- Great attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Strong commercial attitude and drive
- Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work independently within defined standard operating procedures
- Initial responsibility for Bypass Fat sales across North America with significant travel expected throughout the continent.
- Dairy nutrition background desired, though not essential.
