Description

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Metallurgist search in the Youngstown, OH area.

Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with R&D, Engineering, and Sales personnel, and directly with customers to discuss potential or existing metallurgical projects.
Perform routine metallographic examination analysis, and analytical investigations.
Interpret and validate results and data.
Operation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory metallurgical testing equipment

Requirements:

Experience as a Metallurgist or Material Science Engineer
Proficient with Laboratory test methods and quality standards
Experience with metallurgical testing equipment
