Job Description
- Responsible for leading and managing casting and other metallurgical operations sin 3 facilities
- Will improve and standardize processes for exceeding customers demands for quality, consistency and on-time performance
- Will manage 4 process metallurgist and 1 equipment engineer
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 10+ years of process metallurgy experience
- Steel or nickel based metallurgy background
- Powdered metallurgy experience is a plus
- Floor oriented leader
- Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy or related discipline is required
