- Complying with all company safety standards and guidelines

- All location unit reconciliation
- Money reconciliation & safe audits
- Monthly inventory reporting
- Weekly ADP approval
- Hiring& on boarding with Zone Manager support
- Location Lead training
- Assist in location coverage when needed
- Maintaining location supplies with Zone Manager approval
- Audit depot machine cleanliness & productivity where needed (daily & weekly per policy)
- Maybe required to work in excess of 40 hrs per week as business needs require
- Company policies and procedures are in compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, upbeat and energetic individual with customer service and cash handling experience (minimum of 2 years experience)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35+ lbs, stand for several hours a day and climb ladders
- Regular work schedule will include at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy a must
- Must not pose a direct safety threat to himself/herself or others.

Bottle and Can Retrieval Centers is recruiting for a Redemption Center Field Supervisor/Area Manager for the Albany region.
The Redemption Center (RC) Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing overall operations & profitability of assigned RC's as well as supporting location leads as required.
This position will oversee multiple locations.TOMRA is looking for a candidate that has a proven track record for strong customer service skills and can implement a culture of world class service.
