Who You Are:

A dependable and professional Scrum Master with a background in project management, testing, or development.
Experienced in Agile and Scrum practices.
Skilled in managing software development life cycles and multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient in developing performance metrics, product roadmaps, and effective communication.
Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.

Your Role:

Empower teams towards autonomy and self-organization.
Guide the team in achieving set objectives, both as individuals and as a group.
Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget.
Act as a liaison between the product owner and the scrum team.
Innovate and propose ideas for team and company growth and improvement.
Champion scrum values throughout the organization.
