Description

Irrigation technician with at least (5) five years experience to work for a local landscape/property management company specializing in homeowners and condominium associations within country club communities.

Job Detail to Include:
Monthly "wet checks" on the properties to clean, replace or adjust heads for proper watering patterns.

Attending to daily work orders and service calls.

Have to have the ability to do the following:

Troubleshoot time clocks, valves, solenoids - Repairing and or replacing line breaks, broken heads and nozzles - Replacing pumps and motors - Ability to work independently - Ability to trace/track wires to find zone valve boxes - Knowledge of Toro and Rainbird time clocks and all aspects of valve operations.

Needs to be an individual that is a good communicator and has the ability to converse with homeowners on the job sites.

Clean driving record.

Team Player.

Motivated employee that is looking to grow with the company.

Must be English speaking
