Cardone Capital, located in Aventura, FL, acquires and manages real estate properties with a focus on both nearterm income generation and longterm value creation. Grant Cardone, CEO, created Cardone Capital to provide everyday investors access to the institutionalgrade real estate deals that are normally reserved for only the largest investors. Cardone Capital offers investment funds that invest directly in private real estate transactions. To date, the company has raised over $1 billion across 21 funds from over 11,000 accredited and nonaccredited investors. Cardone Capital's real estate portfolio currently consists of 11,902 apartment units across 36 multifamily properties along with over 500,000 square feet of commercial office space.

This is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL. There are no remote or hybrid options.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant degree, preferred
1+ years recruiting experience
Experience with full cycle recruitment
Experience with social media recruiting
Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Handson experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Strong interviewing skills with various interview techniques, (like virtual interviews or panel interviews)
Tech savvy with Apple/Mac computers and products
Strong professional, verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different tasks as needed
Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a crossfunctional capacity
Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fastpaced, professional environment.
