    Job Title:
    Sr. Electrical Engineer Tech Lead / Manager

    Location:
    On-Site, Baltimore, MD

    Salary Range:
    $150,000 - $200,000 + Benefits

    Experience Required:

    12+ Years

    Clearance Requirement:
    Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

    Job Overview:

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet project goals, timelines, and budget.
    Design, develop, and implement complex power systems, including power converters and energy storage solutions.
    Oversee the development and integration of PLC systems.
    Utilize FEA and CFD modeling software to design and analyze thermal management systems, cold plates, and heat exchangers.
    Design and optimize insulation systems to meet project specifications and standards.
    Ensure all designs and projects adhere to MIL-Spec requirements.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems and thermal management.
    Proficiency in FEA and CFD modeling software packages.
    Extensive experience in designing thermal management systems, high-performance cold plates, or heat exchangers.
    Strong background in insulation system design.
    Proven experience in the design and development of complex power converters, energy storage systems, and PLC systems.
    Familiarity with MIL-Spec work and standards.
    Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Strong leadership and project management abilities.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
