    Are you a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer looking for a new opportunity? Join our dynamic team at a leading financial institution in the mortgage industry. We are seeking a talented individual who can provide exceptional customer service and help our clients achieve their dreams of homeownership.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads and actively seek new mortgage loan opportunities in the local market
    • Assess client financial information and determine their eligibility for various mortgage loan products
    • Guide clients through the mortgage application process and ensure all required documents are obtained in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to facilitate a smooth loan approval and closing process
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of mortgage loan products, interest rates, and industry regulations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources
    • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization
