For a list of acceptable documentation, follow this link: Notice of Vacancy Number ST Job Category Graduate Assistantship Position Class Code 81125 Grad Assistant -Research Hourly Wage/Salary Masters $9200 Academic Year/20 hrs week Job Summary/Basic Function This Graduate Assistant will report to the Bayh College of Education Director of Continuous Improvement and will provide course assessment and accreditation report support for the college. Daily responsibilities will include data collection, statistical analysis, and data table construction for reports. Specific Responsibilities Position Responsibilities to Include:1. Serve as the alternate unite administrator for the college wide assessment software (training provided)2. Data collection 3. Creation of data tables for inclusion in reports.4. Construction and editing of assessment rubrics.5. Serve as liaison for the Director of Continuous Improvement with Program Coordinators and faculty for the purpose of gathering data on assessment and accreditation efforts. Work Schedule Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:30. Scheduled would be arranged with class schedule. Desired Start Date 08/15/2024 Open Date 04/12/2024 Close Date 05/12/2024 Required Relevant Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree (4 years) Required Field(s) of Study Enrolled in a master's level program at ISU. Preferred Relevant Education and Experience Prerequisite Knowledge:Able to assemble, analyze, and present data. Able to work both independently and collaboratively, attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications. Able to adapt to change. Able to multitask. Able to plan, organize and implement projects in a timely manner. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity, professionalism, and courteousness. Experience in an educational environment is preferred. Must be comfortable networking with groups or individuals. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
