About Richmond Amakye:
Doctoral Student, School Psychologist, and an Educationist. Currently, a teaching assistant or instructor for Developmental Psychology and Child and Adolescent Psychology. Several years of teaching experience, both at the high school and college level. Believing education is a tool for transformation and empowerment, and very passionate about teaching and the psychology of learning. I have also gained excellent experience with face-to-face and online teaching and learning.

- Serves as the instructor of record for EPSY 221, Developmental Psychology, and EPSY 202, Child and Adolescent Psychology. Assisted supervisor with course development and delivery, moderating activities using Blackboard and Canvas, and providing students with constructive feedback and comprehensive academic support.
Student Research Consultant: Bayh College of Education Research Design Lab, Indiana State University (January 2022—Present)
- Serves as a consultant to students conducting studies and research projects, providing advice on research design and methodologies, instrument development, data collection and analysis, report writing, standards, and requirements for research.
Professional Licensed Educator: Ghana Education Service, Ghana (Sept 2012 – Nov 2020)
- Served as a mathematics teacher, taught, and supported high school successfully graduate, assessed, and evaluated students’ academic progress, provided constructive feedback and comprehensive academic support to students, organized, reported, and interpreted students' test scores for decision-making on students' development.
